Jessica was first drawn to apply for a role at Joseph Brant Hospital (JBH) because of its location – offering her the opportunity to work lakeside in the bustling city that she calls home. However, she soon discovered that JBH offered so much more than a picturesque location.

As the Manager of Clinical Informatics and IT Applications, Jessica has had opportunities to learn and develop her skills over the past seven years. With a background in nursing, she understands the challenges faced by clinicians and introduces technology that improves efficiencies and helps to provide quality patient care.

"It has been a challenging and rewarding journey so far, and I look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of our patients. I have the privilege of working with some of the most dedicated and talented individuals I have ever met. The teamwork within the IT department is admirable, and I see every day how we work tirelessly to support the hospital's mission."
